New Build

With the construction of homes we are happy to work from customers’ plans and with their architect, or alternatively we can involve our favoured architect and structural engineers.

Since the early 90s we have been involved with the construction of a number of homes in west Cornwall for private clients; and we also have the manpower and expertise to take on larger scale projects. One of our flagship builds is the prestigious St Martin’s Hotel on the Isles of Scilly: a 24-bed hotel, complete with swimming pool.

One of our strong points is our versatility: we have found that many clients like to evolve their designs as they see their home taking shape and we welcome them to discuss their ideas with us and will accommodate them whenever it is possible.

We use the same team of plumbers, electricians and carpenters: we have to put a great deal of trust in these tradesmen and so we like to use those who we know are reliable and work to the highest standards. However, in instances when clients have sourced their own tradesmen, we are very happy to work alongside them.
